Natural Resources and Environment (How Two Sides Exchange)

Natural Resources and Environment (How Two Sides Exchange)

"In the management of natural resources is a major common thread is the prevention of negative effects on the environment and seek the preservation of natural resources to be used continuously for generations in the future." Discussing about natural resources, can we divide into two
major categories, namely natural resources that can be updated (such as forests, fisheries and others). And natural resources that can not be updated, such as, petroleum, coal, tin, natural gas and other minerals. In this paper we examine the form of natural resources and mining products can not be renewed. Discuss the results of mine, of tin is one of them.

Moreover, lead is identical from a characteristic of a province named the Pacific Islands. Who does not know if we say our country is one of the tin-producing islands in the republic. However, talking about the management of tin mining itself, it feels very embarrassed to see how the land surface that has been destroyed and form a small pit-trap to form such a small lakes. Moreover, it took a very expensive cost for land reclamation at least reduce the adverse impact on the future. Who's to blame? It's not a question which we must answer.

But, how such things could happen and what should we do to provide the best solution for the preservation of an environment. Maybe, if it is associated with poverty and how people should be thinking of filling the "stomach" this is probably the main cause of the population encouraged the natural drain and damage the environment. If we observe that we can say there is a relationship between the number and kinds of natural resources with the product for public consumption. Relationship can be seen that the greater the consumption patterns of people so the more natural resources will be managed and increasingly diverse patterns of consumption, the more diverse are the natural resources to be managed.

Of the problems mentioned above, we can study and may have to be a question for us, why such a thing could happen? The answer is certainly present in each of us to be more sensible to the environment before the environment itself that tells us that every natural disaster that occurs is caused by man's own hands. We observe how a catastrophic flood that occurred in Aceh and North Sumatra are due to denudation of the National Park, Mount Leuser, Alikodra (12/07/2006) or clump Sebalai own country, the last few weeks of floods that inundated the area Semabung, Pangkalpinang due to there is more to be absorbing water in the surrounding area. Yet as we all know that the forest area has the ability to manage watersheds, preventing erosion and flooding as well as maintaining soil fertility.

Speaking of natural resources would not be separated from the role of an appropriate technology for a sustainable environment. To that end, employers should be able to choose the technology and production methods that could minimize the negative impact of the environment. Moreover, if we look at the area of spatial planning policies carried out in order to be able to create a balanced spatial use, optimal and environmentally sound for the benefit of the wider community. We can not turn a blind eye, how to use technology in the form of heavy equipment in the mining sector, which is seporadis clear-cutting the forest to look for minerals that sometimes the results are nil or 0%. To whom we will be responsible? Think what we can leave to future generations and what can we say to them. Or the environment such as this that we will pass on to them?

End of an issue, would be complete with the solutions that might be a follow-up to the front. First, the government should be more active in raising public awareness about the importance of the environment in people's lives through education in and outside of school. Secondly, the need for an inventory and evaluation of potential environmental and natural resources. Third, increasing the potential benefits of research and development of forests, especially for agriculture, industry and healthcare. Fourth, the provision of Infra Structure and Spatial Natural Resources and Environment on land, sea or air. Fifth, the need for EIA requirements of the efforts that led to the balance of life. Finally, the need for outreach and cooperative partnership between the Institute for the Management of Community Environment and Natural Resources and the need for human resource capacity building Institutional and Administrative Management of Natural Resources and Environment. Due to good development is environmentally sound, although sometimes with the possibility of damage to be weighed and assessed the benefits of the pros and cons and the decision was made with full responsibility to future generations. Due to the generations to come, did not participate in the decision making process is now in determining the use of natural resources from the fact we only lend them to the construction of the present with the impact of development on later!
